Terms of Service
Working summary of the terms that apply to public use of the marketing site and free trials. Production use is governed by the order form and master services agreement.
Scope
These terms govern access to the Collectivus.ai marketing site and any free trials or evaluation tools we make available without a separate written agreement. Production use of the customer portal and managed AI workforce deployments is governed by the order form and master services agreement signed at provisioning.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site or service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, attack our systems or third-party systems, or attempt to extract proprietary configuration of other tenants. AI workers operate within the scope each customer configures; you are responsible for the instructions you give them.
Customer data and ownership
You own the business data you bring into Collectivus. We act as a processor on your behalf and use your data to operate the service you signed up for, not to train third-party foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling summary.
Service availability
We target high availability and publish operational targets on the Pricing and Security pages. Specific service-level commitments and remedies live in your order documentation.
Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Solo trials are 14 days, no credit card required, with a single named worker. Team and Business Collectives are billed monthly or annually with no long-term lock-in unless you choose an annual plan. Enterprise agreements are typically annual with custom terms.
Disclaimers and liability
AI workers produce probabilistic output and are not a substitute for human judgement on consequential decisions. Use the human-in-the-loop controls Collectivus provides for anything material. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be summarized on this page; customers operating under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.
