Privacy Policy

This is a working summary of how Collectivus handles information today. A formal versioned policy with an effective date is provided to customers as part of the order documentation.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Collectivus.ai ("Collectivus", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our marketing site, contact our team, or operate an AI workforce on our managed platform. It applies to data we collect about visitors, prospects, customers, and the people each customer authorizes to use Collectivus on their behalf.

Information we collect

On the marketing site we collect basic identifiers you choose to share (name, email, company, role) when you submit a form, plus standard server logs and analytics needed to operate the site. On the customer portal and managed deployments we collect the operational data required to run your AI workforce — account identifiers, the integrations you authorize, the messages and tasks workers process on your behalf, and audit metadata about who took which action.

How we use information

We use information to deliver the service you signed up for, route your requests to the right person on our team, debug and improve the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not train third-party foundation models on your private business data.

Sharing and sub-processors

We use a limited set of infrastructure sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, model providers used for inference) under contracts that require equivalent privacy and security commitments. We will publish a current sub-processor list on request.

Security

Collectivus is built on AWS with security and governance treated as foundations rather than add-ons. See our Security & Governance page for the operational specifics.

Your choices

You can request a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing communications, and route any data-protection question to the contact below. Customer organizations remain the controllers of the operational data their workforce processes; we act as a processor for that data.

Contact

Questions about this policy or a specific request can be sent through our contact form. A formal data-protection contact and full processing register are available to customers on request.
